About the role
Many events and venues need women officers for frisking, checking ladies’ entrances and looking after women guests and families. You will work alongside our event teams with the same briefing, kit and supervision.
We arrange safe travel after late duties and always deploy women staff in pairs or with a team.
What you’ll do
- Frisk and bag-check women guests at entry points
- Staff ladies’ entrances, green rooms and family areas
- Assist elderly guests, children and women who need help
- Escort the bride and women VIPs at weddings and functions
- Report concerns and incidents to the supervisor

Entry checks and floor presence during business hours.
Smart appearance and polite, professional manner.
Requirements
- Age 20–45
- Good fitness and confidence in crowds
- Polite communication in Hindi or Assamese
- Available for evening events
Good to have
- Previous security, hospitality or event experience
- Self-defence or sports background
Dress code & kit
- Black formal wear or association uniform, as the client specifies
- ID card on duty; radio provided at events
Training we provide
- Frisking procedure and etiquette
- Crowd handling and de-escalation
- Self-defence basics
- Handling harassment complaints and reporting
Documents to bring
- Aadhaar card or other government photo ID
- Address proof (current Guwahati address)
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Police verification (we help you apply if you do not have one)
- Experience or discharge certificate, if any
- Bank account details for payments
